This Shimano Ultegra R8000 Caliper comes with a new slender design; narrower gaps between the arms enhance the overall aesthetics of the caliper unit whilst also saving weight.
Now with wider clearance from the earlier 6800 series, the Ultegra R8000 Caliper is compatible with larger tyres, such as 28C.
A stabiliser between the axles reduces deformation and improves the braking efficiency, offering a clear contact feeling with balanced rigidity, weight and stopping power.
